FlowTrac III Pressure & Volume Controller
The FlowTrac III is a smaller form factor pressure and volume controller designed for the typical needs of commercial and teaching labs. It operates fully automated and incorporates a high speed, precision micro-stepper motor for accurate results – no air pressure required. For teaching applications where manual control is desired the system can be operated by keypad and display to allow students to fully grasp each step of a test. The FlowTrac III is manufactured with the highest quality components and offers superior performance compared to other systems in its class.
FlowTrac units are used to provide cell pressure and back pressure in triaxial testing, back pressure for constant rate of strain consolidation testing, back pressure and consolidation for hydraulic consolidation (Rowe Cell), and cell pressure, inflow pressure, and outflow pressure for permeability testing.
